Volunteer Opportunities

Genesis House Opportunities

  • Garden & Grounds Volunteer
Help with spring planting, summer vegetables, or fall clean-up. Outdoor help is always appreciated!

  • Resident Mentor
Build a supportive relationship with a Genesis House resident through mentoring and one-on-one connection.

Genesis Washington Center Opportunities

  • Center Assistant
Support staff by sorting donations, assisting clients during boutique visits, or helping with calls and appointments.
  • Class Instructor
Lead a parenting or pregnancy-related class. We welcome facilitators on a range of topics that support our clients’ needs.

Genesis Learning Center Opportunities

  • Program Facilitator (Teacher)
Lead a 45–60 minute lesson or discussion on topics relevant to expectant parents — parenting, wellness, budgeting, and more.
  • Doula Support
If you’re a trained doula, offer support to clients who may be navigating pregnancy, labor, or postpartum without family or partner support.

Genesis Bellevue Center Opportunities

  • Donation Organizer
Sort and organize baby and maternity clothing and donations for families in need.
  • Seasonal Landscaping Volunteer
Assist with spring or fall landscaping projects to keep our space welcoming and cared for.
