This class explores physical and emotional changes after childbirth, including self-care, recovery tips, and mental health support. Learn how to recognize what’s normal, when to seek help, and how to thrive in this important transition.

Who Should Attend:
New parents in the postpartum period and their support systems. Everyone is welcome.

Remote Admittance Policy:

ALL CLIENTS MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO ATTENDING REMOTE CLASSES.
