12PM Breastfeeding Blocked Ducts and Mastitis (Remote)

Breastfeeding challenges can be overwhelming — and you don’t have to navigate them alone!

This remote class provides education and support for breastfeeding parents experiencing or wanting to prevent blocked ducts and mastitis. Topics include recognizing symptoms, prevention strategies, relief techniques, when to seek medical care, and maintaining milk flow while healing.

Who Should Attend: Breastfeeding or pumping parents who are currently experiencing blocked ducts or mastitis, or who want to learn prevention and management strategies.

ALL CLIENTS MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO ATTENDING REMOTE CLASSES.
