Preparing for childbirth is an important journey — and having the right information can make all the difference!

This remote class provides an overview of the stages of labor and delivery. Topics include what to expect during childbirth, pain management options, the role of support persons, and how to prepare physically and emotionally for birth.

Who Should Attend: Pregnant individuals, expectant parents, and support persons who want to feel informed and prepared for childbirth.

ALL CLIENTS MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO ATTENDING REMOTE CLASSES.

★ UPDATE ★ Your virtual account will be updated once your questionnaire is completed. Please complete it on the same day as the class. If your partner is participating with you, each should fill out the questionnaire separately.
